Thank you very much for the use of your villa; we’ve had a fantastic time. The villa was lovely and perfect for us. The area is great and the neighbours made our holiday! Polly was so nice and helpful telling us where to and not go and even took us to the beach for the day. We are already thinking about next year !!!

Thank you so much for letting us use Villa Norabil. The villa and pool were superb; well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We had a great time, visiting the 12 Islands, Blue Bays, Dalyan Mud Baths as well as the Turkish Bath in Fethiye! Tracy and Desree were brilliant as our local representatives, sorting out excursions and always on hand to answer questions and offer advice. They managed to sort out a swim with dolphins which was the highlight of the holiday for the girls.

We didn't have a nice holiday - we had a fantastic holiday (!) and are thinking of booking for next year already! We loved the villa, it was perfect and a perfect location for kids, nice and quiet and near the beach and everyone we met was so lovely. I have been recommending it to all my friends with kids so hopefully should drum up some business for Tracy and Desree!

Honeymoon in Turkey. Villa Norabil was on a very comfortable complex with swimming pool and local people were very friendly and helpful. Villa Norabil is central to places of interest by local Dolmus or taxi, it is located near to the beach to relax in the sun and dine.
Calis has plenty of shops and places to dine, with water taxis going to Fethiye, which has plenty of shops & market.
And we thank Jane & Peter for making it special to us both and memorable forever.

The only negative thing I have for this Villa is that it is very rural more than we expected, maybe because this was the first time away in Turkey. With that said I can't fault anything from the In resort staff and Jane and Pete the owners, they were fantastic, Especially when we were delayed for nearly 12 hours on our outbound flight, Jane and the In-Resort staff made sure there was food and refreshments in the villa as we were arriving at a time were there wouldn’'t be anything open. The other guests and owners of the other villas were also very nice, pool was great as the kids loved it, the views were spectacular. Once we found our feet a little we started to explore the area finding great excursions and restaurants, like the Yaka Park, The Gorge, Rafting, Lykahill etc. Overall the family and I really enjoyed our time there and would consider going back as we would be better prepared. A big THANKS goes to Jane the owner who bent over backwards to make this a lovely holiday.

Simple and comfortable, very convenient location and easy to get around using taxis and dolmus services. Excellent swimming pool area and nice relaxed fairly quiet beach area close to the villa.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday, thank you.
I appreciated the villa being away from the main thoroughfares and how lovely and quite it was.
The beaches, shops, restaurants and scenery were very picturesque and Saklikent Gorge is something else all together, it is unbelievable.
The locals were friendly, amenable and tried there very best to help in any way.
I would definitely book again, but out of season next time, out of the heat (average 40 degrees and in the Gorge it climbed to 55 degrees in the car park.

It was so lovely being back at Kadikoy, and we were very sad that we had booked for such a short time; we’d have loved to stay longer. The weather was absolutely perfect, pool glorious and we had a great time – even better than before. Your house was as welcoming as ever and Desree was her usual efficient self. It all looks so nice now that the planting is all growing so well, (2 gourds growing in the garden – very ethnic!) and we liked the new steps – very smart, and not dusty from the cars as before. Polly and Julian and the boys were on good form and we have one new convert to Turkish life – my daughter’s friend Katie, who loved it too. It’s all organized so well. Thank you very much indeed. We had a lovely time.

complex was absolutely gorgeous, everywhere was so clean. We went to the
pool every day, which we had to ourselves most of the time and whenever
anyone else was around they were very helpful and friendly. We found all the
local people very friendly too including all the dogs! We will definitely be
holidaying there again, it is such a relaxing place and the scenery and
sunsets were out of this world.

Hi Jane & PeteSorry it's taken a few days to get in touch but thank you very much for a great holiday and also for the bottle!We had a lovely time at Villa Norabil, it was a lovely well equipped villa. The air conditioning was certainly appreciated. We had no problems at all, we were met at the airport and taken to the villa and Desree came round later that day to see us. We did hire a car for a week and did some sightseeing, there is lots to see and do. The pool was lovely and clean and not busy at all, the neighbours both sides were friendly.We went to the beach in front of the Birlik a few times, free sunbeds and waiter service for drinks - perfect! We also went into Calis a few nights and tried different restaurants, our favourite being Cafe Soul, very funny and friendly staff and really good food.We will certainly be going again, not sure when though and will definitely recommend your villa to friends and family.Hope to meet up for a chat soonTake CareKaren & Roger

Villa Falcon is modern, clean and spacious. The living areas and bedrooms are well equipped and very comfortable with plenty of fresh linens and towels available. The pool is quite small but a wonderful depth and temperature and excellently maintained as are the gardens around the villa. In the very hot August temperatures the air conditioning is a must and it is a pity that there is none downstairs as this makes the living, dining room and kitchen uncomfortable. That said, there are lots of balconies and terraces so we just used the outside areas and upstais rooms. The kitchen is adequately equipped but there is no oven and only a small barbeque which is a little inhibiting if you plan to cook much.
The location is wonderful as long as you want to be in a rural setting as it is at least 45 minutes drive from the nearest resort at Fethiye. For us, though, the location was fantastic as a real 'get away and see the real Turkey' experience. The people in the local village of Kadikoy are extremely friendly but not in an intrusive way and we felt very much at home there. A car is a must!
Our main concern was with the approach road up to the villa which is steep, narrow and crumbling away in places and needs to be dealt with if these villas are not to end up unreachable.
The owners were extremely helpful right from our first enquiry and the management team also were excellent, dealing with any queries or problems quickly and efficiently.

Dear Jane and Peter,
We did indeed have a lovely holiday, thank you very much. It was exceedingly hot, but the bliss of being able to plop into the pool made it very bearable! The view from the house was beautiful and the surrounding countryside surprised us with its green-ness.
We drove to Fethiye where we picked up a boat run by Ali (?) and he, his wife and young daughter took the 10 of us out for the day on his boat from which we swam at about 6 different locations, snorkelled, sunbathed and generally enjoyed the scenery. They gave us an enormous and delectable lunch – sufficient for even the hungriest boys, all for a fraction of what it would have cost elsewhere.
The following day we crossed the river above the main road and walked up the gorge. The ideal occupation for a really hot day as the temperature at the foot of the gorge must have been 10-15 degrees cooler than that at the top, and we were walking in idyllic shade with the towering walls of the gorge above us.
We visited the ruins at Tlos, and the trout farm nearby where some of us braved the 8-9 degree temperature of a trout pool for 5 mins to obtain a free drink each. What some people will do for a free drink!! We have the picture to prove it – blue lips and all! Definitely good for a laugh…but FREEZING.
We ate lunch further down the hill at a smaller trout farm which was dappled with shade and quite idyllic. Excellent pancakes…
Lastly, but by no means least in excitement terms, we spent a day on the rather crowded beach at Oludeniz (another opportunity for the use of stout beach shoes as the pebbles were agonizing down to the water’s edge) starting the day with a heart-stopping wait for 3 of the boys to descend from the top of Babadag mountain doing tandem paragliding. Never have I been so pleased to see my son on terra firma (his 19th birthday treat – less of one for us!) We then swam and pedalo-ed around until we longed for the peace of the villa again. We loved our holiday, and found Desree very helpful and informative.
